Missed my normal anticipated upload time this week due to how long the lines and dialogue took to figure out, but I only missed it by about an hour so that’s a win in my book when it comes to compiling two planned pages into one.

Wow this page gave me trouble. I had all of this planned to be two pages, but I decided to work a bit harder this week and try to cram it all down into one page. It definitely breaks some rules in terms of the amount of dialogue a single page should ever have, but it gets the job done and lets me get to the main event(s) faster, so it’s good enough for me.

Ugh, this page was quite troublesome, so it took forever to line. These high resolution pages take so long to do when there’s so many details, but now it’s done and ready for coloring so not much to complain about anymore.

I adjusted the swimsuit on the “unexpected visitor” since I didn’t like the original design once the colors were added. I feel it’s okay this way as it better reflects the type of design she normally presents herself in.

Late update is late, but there was a lot I had to establish with this page. Many may have noticed I didn’t upload lines this week, but it didn’t quite work to try and work it all out in the lines as I had to get to the color stage to plan a lot of things out. Still not all that satisfied with how much of it came out, but at least the groundwork is laid out, so upcoming pages in the scene won’t require nearly as many decisions, so I shouldn’t have this problem again.
Also, there’s a couple of cameos on this page, so before I get any hopes up I just want to say they will not be joining in on anything. They’re just representative of some things. Daphne is an homage to that old Ben 10 commercial where she walks by Ben and Gwen at the beach, and Penny and Gwen was my first Loli Club crossover (before the club even existed).
Also also, yes, there is a reason for this distraction for Gwen, which will be made clear in next week’s page.

This page was quite a hassle to finish, but at least I still got it done on time. With this the way has been paved to the location of the next scene, which we’ll jump right to in next week’s page. Also, I’m uploading this a bit ahead of schedule today as I must head out for a while before my normally intended upload time, but I suppose sooner is better than later.
